Located close to the famous Golkonda Fort in the Ibrahim Bagh is the famous tombs of the seven Qutub Shahi rulers. Built on a square base surrounded by pointed arches, the tombs are domed structures. Standing on a raised platform, the tombs form a cluster that displays a distinctive style of architecture with carved stonework. A blend of Persian, Pathan and Hindu forms can be noticed in this graceful structure. The Qutb Shahi Tombs is surrounded by landscaped gardens. The great structural design of the tombs sets a great example of magnificent architecture. Except the last of the Qutub Shahi Sultans, all were buried here.
