Brindavan Gardens, Mysore, Karnataka - Lush greenary and cool atmosphere
Brindavan Gardens is quite enticing place of interest in Mysore and at every moment, one could see piles of people scattered in different groups involved in different fun-filled activities. The place is great source of entertainment and amusement. The garden is sited at the distance of 19 kms from Mysore and just underneath the Krishnaraja Sagar Dam. Brindavan Gardens is an outcome of efforts of Sir M. Vishveswariah and being an engineer his caliber could clearly be seen in the outline of garden. He constructed this well-laid garden in 1924 and still today, it seems to be the latest creation.
