Tulsi Mandir, Jalandhar, Punjab - An ancient religious monument

TulsiMandir is a famous ancient monument in Jalandhar that houses temple of Vrinda, wife of Jalandhara. There is an old tank located at one side of temple which is said to be the bathing place of the demon Jalandhara. The temple of Gupha is also located in the close proximity of this temple housing an idol of Annapurna, Goddess of Plenty. An older temple known as SheetlaMandir is also there within the temple premises. In addition, Shiva temples and Brahma Kund are also found near the TulsiMandir that makes this place a heavenly site to be visited by the devotees.
