Shani Shinghnapur, Shirdi, Maharashtra - A small village dedicated to Lord Shani
Located at a distance of about 65 km from Shirdi, it is a small village dedicated to Lord Shani. The most interesting fact about this village is that there are no doors at the houses. The people of the village believe that Lord Shani is always there to protect them from any evil. The village houses a large idol of the Lord Shani which is made up of black stone and only males can enter the temple for worshipping. But before performing any puja, they have to take a bath there. The visitors who come to Shirdi generally take a visit to ShaniShinghnapur also.
