Redang Islandis one such atollin the country that issituated 45 km away from Terengganu. Redang archipelago comprises of nine islesspecifically Lima Island, PakuBesar Island, Paku Kecil Island, KerenggaBesar Island, Kerengga Kecil Island, EkorTebu Island, Ling Island, Pinang Island and Redang Island.Redang Island is anasylum for nature and natural world lovers; the atoll features dazzlingaquatic fishes, turtles and coral reefs. In actual fact, the islet has been elected as PulauRedang Marine Parks and the management is trying to conserve the islands' exclusiveecology. The isletswanks of 500 species of live corals, more than thousand species of invertebrates and about 3000 species of fishes, which take in manta rays, stingrays, sharks and whale sharks, all of which live in harmony in the reefs dodging the islets.
