Prachina Museum, especially meant for the art lovers, is one of the unique gems of Bikaner. It was constructed by Siddhi Kumari, daughter of Maharaja Narendra Singhji, in the year 2000. The museum displays the rare artifacts and belongings to the ruler of past eras. Like, one could see costumes, accessories, textiles and other things belonging to the rulers of Bikaner. The museum is perfectly constructed in different galleries showing different collections. Also, one section in the museum consists of the items made by the craftsmen and fine craft paintings. One would sure love to see the furniture displayed in the hall of the museum of bygone era. It is also very interesting to witness the crafted carpets and rugs displayed in the museum.
