Birsa Deer Park, Ranchi, Jharkhand - Park Safari and being home to loads of deers

Birsa Deer Park is situated at the Ranchi-Patna National Highway. It is about 11 km far off from Ranchi in the south west direction. This park is very sociable and it possesses many numbers of animals which are mostly mammals.  The park is full of many varieties of deers.  When the park was started there were only15 deers and the number has increased to about 231 deers accompanying to the increase in the number of tourists. Park Safari is main feature that serves as the center of attraction to the Birsa Park. It enables people to have a clear and close view of the deers in the park.
