The Nakshatra Van is located opposite to the Jharkhand Raj Bhawan. This Nakshatra Van is formed by Jharkhand Forest Department and it is successfully run. In this park there are many Nakshatras which represent the Zodiac signs and the celestial bodies. Hindu astrologers say that each constellation is related to a tree which is of asthetic, medicinal, economic and social value. The area of the park is separated into various sectors to represent the star signs. The sector dividing is done based on some accurate angles representing the star signs on the earth. A centre for the sleeping sculpture of Dhanvantri is maintained.
