Perched at a height of 1894 m above sea level; the Kudremukh Peak is covered with dense forests and is an ideal spot for the trekkers. Dotted with lush greenery and luxury of exotic flora and fauna, the peak is also a great place for forest exploration. Overlooking the Arabian Sea, the hills lying in the range are quite broad and interlinked like a chain with cascading valleys and plains that add to the zenith of this place and make it a must visit attraction to be seen in Kudremukh. The mountain range is also home to the endangered species of lion tailed Macaque which can be spotted while trekking across the peak.
