Jain Temple, Ambala, Haryana - A popular religious shrine for Jainis

The Jain Temple in Ambala is among one of the most sought after religious destinations in the region. This legendary Jain Temple is said to be 150 years old and houses 2500 years old idols. There are four idols of Jain deities that figure Chandaprabhu, Parshavnath, Arihant and Shantinath. Moreover, some of the excavated idols have also been placed in the temple which was found from a site at Pinjore. The shrine also celebrates Jain festivals with utmost devotion and a number of devotees visit the place every year.
