Nestled in the premises of Banaras Hindu University (BHU), New Vishwanath Temple or Golden temple is must see attraction for the visitors in Varanasi. Birla family took the golden chance to build this awesome temple and so, it is also famous as Birla temple. Lord Shiva is the main deity of the temple and basically, resembles the Kashi Vishwanath temple.
