This is a small water reservoir which beckons the tourists due to is astounding scenic beauty and unmatched natural ambience. Located at an altitude of 1775 m above sea level, it holds a close resemblance to the famous Dal Lake of Kashmir in its shining blue waters, natural elegance and picture perfect ambience. Enveloped with thick trees of pine, oak and deodar, the lake is an ideal destination to enjoy camping and trekking around the town. There is a small shrine dedicated to Lord Shiva along the banks of the lake where an annual fair is held in the month of August or September. Moreover, the emerald green water of the lake serves as a home to various colourful fishes and other marine creatures.
