Taragarh Fort is one of the prime attractions of Ajmer. This gigantic fort was erected in 1354 A.D. and is situated at the top of Nagpahari hill. This enormous fort throws light on the superb architectural style of Rajasthan. The fort had played great role in safeguarding the city during the reign of Chauhan dynasty. The fort has six gates to get entered in the huge premises and was built with beefy wall for protection purpose. Once you stepped at this fort, you would be amazed to see the wonderful and marvelous view of the entire Ajmer city. Truly speaking, it is very captivating!!
