Ajmer houses lots of archaeological sites and Sola Khamba is also one of them. It was constructed during the ruling period of Aurangzeb. This historical site is also renowned as the Shaikh Ala-al-Din’s Tomb. It is located just close to Dargah Chisti and was completely built in the year 1660. This structure has sixteen wonderfully carved pillars in total, therefore, this is how it got its name. Sola Khmaba is very alluring and eye-catching as it is beautifully constructed with the help of white marbles.
