Rani Lakshmi Bai was that person who constructed Maharaja Gangadhar Rao Ki Chattri, which is today’s one of the main attractions in Jhansi. She built this Chattri in order to memorize his husband maharaja Gangadhar Rao. This monument is not only throws light on the respect and care of a wife towards her husband but is also constructed in a very appealing way which is more than enough to allure tourists. Therefore, this Chattri is still carrying great attraction with it though constructed so many years ago. A visit to Jhansi is incomplete without visiting this amazing and magnificent monument.
