Dedicated to Goddess Lakshmi, this magnificent temple is located on the top of the Arera Hills. Because of its location at the highest point in Bhopal, visitors can see stunning picturesque of the entire city. You will also see idol of Lord Shiva and Parvati along with the shrine of Goddess Lakshmi with her husband Lord Vishnu. Those who came here for worshipping feel as if their wishes directly reached to the Almighty God because of serene atmosphere. This beautiful temple is also popularly known as the Birla Temple. In its premises, there is one museum which displays vast collection of artifacts from the 12^th century.
