Located at a height of 2650 m above sea level, the Golf course of Gulmarg is renowned as the highest green golf course in the world. It is a 18 hole golf course and is ranked among one of the most beautiful golf courses in the country. It was established in 1904 by the British and the first tournament was held here in 1922. It is managed by the J & K tourism Development Corporation.
