Artillery Centre, Nashik, Maharashtra - The training center for the military officers

Caves

Situated behind the Pandav Caves, it is the biggest Artillery Centre of Asia. Before the Independence, this centre was in Pakistan and in 1947; it got shifted from there to Nashik and is under military supervision. The area is restricted for the public as military officers and soldiers of India are given training here. The training for the ‘Bofors Gun’ is also given at the Artillery Centre.
