Orange is a normal township devoid of that touristy gleam you expect to find in a place of this importance. Agricultural in its heart, the humble setting doubles the artistic collision of the ancient legacy it reveals to visitors. Orange is home to one of the most total and best conserved Roman theaters in the world, if not the superior one. Constructed early in the first century AD, it exhibits such dissimilar features that one nearly feels its part of tremendously well-staged modern puzzlement. Not to be missed, particularly in summer when it becomes a location for the annual opera carnival, the Chorégies d'Orange.
