The Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes is an area of ground neighboring the shrine (Grotto) to Our Lady of Lourdes in the township of Lourdes, France.  It is the biggest Catholic pilgrimage destination in France and one of the most well-liked Catholic memorials in the world.  This ground is owned and governed by the Roman Catholic Church, and has numerous functions, counting spiritual activities, offices, and lodging for sick pilgrims and their helpers.
