Gomukh Reservoir, Chittorgarh, Rajasthan - A beautiful small water reservoir
Gomuk Reservoir is a beautiful small water reservoir located at the western side of Chittorgarh Fort. The word gomukh refers to ‘cow’s mouth’ and this reservoir is shaped like the mouth of a cow. The water here passes through a cleft in the rock and then collects into this kund. This is a perennial fountains and a place of tourist interest in the town. Close to it, lies a tunnel known as Rani Binder Tunnel which is also a pleasant place to enjoy.
