Dated back to the 15^th century, Rana Kumbha Palace is an imposing monument in the city of Chittorgarh that offers the glimpses of the royal life of the great Rajput king Maharana Kumbha. With its marvelous structure and excellent specimen of Rajput architecture, it gives an overwhelming impression to the visitors due to its structural elegance and style. The ruins of this great monument still speak volumes of the courageous past and glorious history of the Rajputs. It houses two massive gates and an ancient Shiva Temple. It is also said the famous devotee of Lord Krishna, Mira Bai also lived here.
