As the name suggests, VOC Park is specially meant for kids. The park is wonderfully designed and maintained and never fails to allure lots of tourists every year. The maintenance of the park is completely under the control of the Coimbatore Corporation. The fun and adventure of the park lies in the Children’s train, swings, slides, mini zoo and also the images of dinosaurs. Therefore, it is not at all wrong to address this park as a complete amusement park. The park got its name from V.O. Chidambaram, one of the freedom fighter. Well-laid gardens and different sources of entertainment are the main reasons for visiting this point of attraction in Coimbatore.
