Ross hill is an exceptional place to visit. It has three hills which are dedicated to the three different beliefs in the nearness of the harbor. The hill is named after Monsieur Ross who constructed a house on the top of the hill in 1864. Now the house is converted into a Chapel of Mother Mary’s Cathedral. The path to the holy place is spotted with Catholic idol. Appended to the church is a mosque. The third hill is dedicated to the Lord Venkateshwara. From the hillock one can view the entrance to the harbor for ships.
