The London Eye is a massive Ferris wheel positioned on the banks of the River Thames, in London England. The total structure is 135 meters tall and the wheel with a diameter of 120 meters. It is the loftiest Ferris wheel in Europe, and the most admired paid traveler attraction in the United Kingdom, visited by more than 3.5 million people yearly. The London Eye, or Millennium Wheel, was authoritatively called the British Airways London Eye and then the Merlin Entertainments London Eye.  The London Eye is situated in the London Borough of Lambent at the western end of Jubilee Gardens, on the South Bank of the River Thames flanked by Westminster Bridge and Hungerford Bridge.
