These are the most famed landmarks of Kuwait. The Kuwait Towers are positioned on the Arabian Gulf Street in Dasman, peninsula to east of City Centre. The topmost orb of the largest tower (187 meters in height), has a rotating observation area and a restaurant with access to high speed lifts. The middle tower includes one million gallons of water.The Kuwait Towers are on the harbour in Kuwait City. Built in 1979 these three towers have a dual function as both entertainment facilities and water reservoirs but one will perhaps recognise them from the backdrop of every news report that has been broadcast from Kuwait.
