Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum is yet another favorite attraction of the Brits. The collection of the gallery is wide-ranging and globally significant. The gallery houses more than 8000 artifacts and paintings including the Salvador Dali masterpiece ‘Christ of St John of the Cross’, European magnum opus such as Botticelli and Monet, the Spitfire plane hovering from the roof of the west court is yet another attraction. One can also learn about the Scottish history, war fare and armory from the exhibits. Constructed in the early 20^th century, the state-of-the-art building resembles a Renaissance Style of architecture.
