The most optimum attraction that draws tourists towards the gorgeous Istanbul is the Beylerbeyi Palace. This grandiose palace has a huge rectangular plan with the long plane which faces the water and houses six halls and twenty-four rooms on two floors elevated on a service basement. The Ceremonial Hall that separates the central space from its iwans and walkways is also called the “Blue Hall”. One gets to witness the ceiling that is lifted on sixteen curved windows that illuminate the hall from above. One can also witness the navel scenes paintings on the arches and the ceilings that include the corner rooms and the Blue Hall which also features the Ottoman ships.
