Among the temples in Udaipur, Jagdish Temple needs no new introduction as this temple is famous for its Indo-Aryan architectural style. This magnificent temple is situated at the entrance of a royal palace, the City Palace. In 1651, this Lord Vishnu’s temple was constructed by Maharana Jagat Singh. There are in total 32 steps to reach this 24m high temple and also there are two marble structure at both the sides. The temple is charming at first sight!! Carvings of this temple displays musical instruments played by musicians, smart ladies dancing and singing, and many other impressive pictures is really incredible.
