To pay accolade to stupendous professionals of Hong Kong’s film diligence, HK$40 million was funded for the building of the Avenue of Stars. Avenue of Stars is situatedby the side of the Victoria Harbor waterfront in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong and is replicated on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Today, it is one of the Hong Kong's latest attractions rejoicing its repute as the Hollywood of the East. Seventy-three illustrious film stars were cautiously selected and chosen as inductees to be privileged by the “Hong Kong Film Awards Association” and “the readers of City Entertainment”. At the doorway to the boulevard stands a bronze figurine of Oscar Reward and a small stage for performances and activities.
