Mexico is known for its chilli which makes the Mexican cuisine peppery. More than 140 varieties of chilli are cultivated in Mexico and food is usually served on a banana leaf. Mexican cuisine is not just spicy but also has introduced corn, chocolates, peanuts, vanilla, coconut, tomatoes and beans to the world. Mexico is a country with a relatively large cuisine history: each state and region within Mexico has a customary food for which huge encyclopaedias’ can be found. Tequila, the first distilled spirit on the North American continent, is only formed in certain regions of Mexico. Coffee was chiefly planted in Mexico in the 18th century from Jamaica. The Mexican Coffees are classically simple and are most often than not used as a foot for amalgamation.
