Uluru (Ayers Rocks) in central Australia is situated in Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park which is 440 kilometers from Alice Spring. Uluru, often portrayed as the second biggest monolith in the world after Mount Augustus, has been illustrated as “the note-worthy pebble”. The famous site recognized for its rock creation expands to 2.5 kilometers was handed over by the Australian Government to the local Aboriginals some years ago. Accredited as one of the best site in Australia, the place has been built-in as the World heritage Site for its various characteristics. The most interesting trivia about the rock is that it changes its color depending on the day-time and the atmospheric circumstances.
