Orebro is one of the finest places on the planet. The centre of this fine city and capital of Orebro County is the royal Orebro Castle. Romantics will swoon at the sight of its fortress walls and cylindrical towers. It overlooks the viaduct that passes over the River Swartan making sure that intruders are kept at bay. The oldest part of the castle was constructed as early as the 13th century making it seven hundred years old. In order to appreciate Orebro it is best to visit on February, September and October when the weather is just great.
