Grave of Ibrahim Lodhi, Panipat, Haryana - The burial place of Ibrahim Lodi
Ibrahim’s tomb is the burial place of Ibrahim Lodhi, the brave Sultan of Delhi. It is the place where Lodhi was buried after his death in the first battle of Panipat. The grave is rectangular in shape and is inclined on a high platform made up of Lakhauri bricks. There are steps that go upwards towards the tomb. Though the tomb doesn’t give any impression of architectural excellence yet it is visited by a number of tourists all across the county who are interested to know about the history of the region.
