Have you ever been to Dalhousie!! If yes, then it would be your unforgettable experience throughout the life and if no, then I must say you must make the plan to visit there this vacation only. Now, the question arises – WHY!! Then, my answer to this why will be that it just resembles the dreamland on the earth and has too many reasons for its worth visit. There are innumerable tourist spots sprinkled over the land of Dalhousie and all are top-graded. Natural beauty in form of lakes, waterfalls, hills, view points and gardens in Dalhousie are waiting for you!!
Dalhousie is perched on and around the five majestic hills and lies at an altitude of more than 6000 but less than 9000 feet above the sea level. It was supposed to be the colonial capital during the British reign period. Basically, the history of this hill station reveals the fact around 17th century and in 1850, a mesmerizing place was discovered but later on in 1854, it got its name as Lord Dalhousie.
Being located at the foothills of Dhauladhar Hills, Dalhousie is one of the main hill stations in Himachal Pradesh which offers the most stunning picturesque. The hill station is easily accessible through various main cities of the country.
