2.The policy is valid only for the customers holding Valid Indian Passport & Indian Bank Account

3.Insurance cover shall become voidable at the option of the Company, in the event of any untrue or incorrect statement, misrepresentation, non-description or non-disclosure of any material particular in the proposal form/personal statement, declaration and connected documents, or any material information has been withheld by beneficiary or anyone acting on behalf of the beneficiary to obtain insurance benefit

4.We should be given written notice of any event that may give rise to a claim under the Policy within 15 days from the happening of the event, in accordance with the claims procedure under the Policy

5.All claims made under the Policy will be subject to the applicable deductible, any sub-limits and the availability of the Sum Insured

6.The Policy does not cover any contractual and consequential liability, except as covered in the Policy or the Certificate of Insurance issued to the customer

7.The Coverage under the policy starts when the Insured Person boards the Booked Flight except for the benefits of Cancellation of Carrier of Carrier by Insured Person and Trip Delay which starts

8.The Coverage under the policy ends when the Insured person returns to the original departure city or till maximum 180 days from the start of the policy (whichever is earlier)

9.Cancellation of Carrier by Insured Person benefit is payable for minimum hospitalization of 48hours within 10 days from the scheduled departure of the Booked Flight (not applicable for accidental claims)

10.Insurance is not covered for events like Haj, Mansarovar Yatra, Adventure Sports etc

11.We are a Insurance facilitator only and do not influence any claim process. Insured person will need to claim directly with the insurance company and there cannot be any claim of any type on FTD Travel under any scenario
