All you need to do is choose the Zero Cancel Fare during booking. Zero Cancel Fare has an additional miniscule Zero Cancel Premium that will cover your Airlines Cancellation Charges.

Zero Cancellation Charges is for passengers booking flights on FTD Travel Website, FTD Travel Mobile App or Mobile Website.

To avail the benefit of the Zero Cancel, the customer needs to cancel the ticket with FTD Travel and complete the airlines cancellation process at least 24 hours(1 day) prior to schedule departure date and time.

Terms & Conditions

• - Zero Cancel is available on select One Way & Return Domestic Flight Tickets booked on FTD Travel - Website or Mobile App


• - On Return Bookings the total Zero Cancel fees will be addition of individual Zero Cancel fees of both trips


• - Zero Cancellation is valid only for journey for which Zero Cancel fees is paid in a return trip


• - Zero Cancellation can be claimed if you have cancelled your flight ticket at least one day (24 hours) prior to scheduled departure date & time


• - Zero Cancellation is not applicable when the Common Carrier is suspended, grounded off or not operating for whatsoever reason


• - If the customer changes/re-issues/re-schedules the ticket, then the Zero Cancellation in not valid anymore.


• - Zero Cancel Fees, Convenience Fees, Travel Insurance, Meals, Seats, any other SSR or any other charges besides the Fare of the Ticket are non-refundable in all circumstances without exception


• - FTD Travel reserves the right to add/withdraw/change/modify this policy at any point of time without providing any reason whatsoever, prior notice, wholly or in part


• - In the event of any misuse or abuse of this offer by the customer, FTD Travel resevers the right to refuse the refund offer or cancel the booking. FTD Travel will not process refund in such cases


• - Zero Cancellation Offer is not valid for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event


• - FTD Travel is the sole authority for interpretation of these terms


• - In no event the entire liability of FTD Travel shall not exceed the fare amount of the ticket paid by the customer


• - Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with this Zero Cancel or others shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangalore.


• - All other Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy will be applicable to this program
