for a date at the Deer Park till now. Rated as the most romantic place in

Delhi, this huge park has a charming lake (or tank) and well- trimmed lawns

and flower beds. You can spot peacocks, deer, rabbits and guinea pigs here.

You’ll forget you’re in the middle of a congested and polluted city like Delhi.

You can spend hours here and do nothing.

Lodhi Garden, Khan Market

This can actually be the most idyllic date for Delhi couples. Located

near Khan Market in Lodhi Road of South Delhi, Lodhi garden is one

of the most amazing places to visit in Delhi. You could walk hand

in hand along the archaic ruins of Lodhi garden, and spend a relaxing

afternoon with your sweetheart. In case you get hungry there are also

some famous food joints nearby. Try the Lodi Gardens restaurant.

Garden of Five Senses, Saidul Ajaib

near Saket. The Garden of Five Senses is one of the best places for

Delhi couples. There are several theme areas, including a section on the

lines of Mughal Gardens, bamboo courts, pools with water lilies, herb

gardens and solar energy park. You can also find some of the best restaurants

in the garden. Enjoy a romantic meal with your beloved in Fio and Magique.

Parthasarathy Rocks, JNU

Another extraordinarily romantic place in Delhi is the Parthasarathy Rock.

This is an open air auditorium in JNU Campus. In case you get off from

work late, you can always witness the city’s most gorgeous sunset here

while munching on some snacks from the JNU Canteen.

Surrounded by numerous rocky hills and crevices, the area is lovingly

called PSR.

Buddha Garden, Dhaula Kuan

A hotspot for young couples in Delhi is the Buddha Garden in

Dhaula Kuan. It is one of the more famous romantic places in Delhi.

The beautifully manicured lawns, streams and sloping terrain

attract couples in huge numbers.

It could be a little unsafe here as it’s in a secluded area. There have

been reports of nefarious incidents here. However, that doesn’t stop

lovebirds from finding themselves a cozy spot in the park.
