Vaman temple is one of ancient temples in Khajuraho and belongs to the eastern group of temples. In this temple Lord Vamana, a dwarf manifestation of Lord Vishnu, is worshipped. The temple not only draw attention of its visitors by its marvelous carvings but also its wonderful location amidst the green vegetation. The architecture of the temple is really appealing as it consist of almost all the main constituents of large-sized temple like an entrance hall, chamber, a shikara, mandapa, and so on. Furthermore, the other main facet of this heritage is its top row of the entire wall which is adorned with the framed slots having diamonds and not the sculptures.
