Saheed Minar, Imphal, Manipur - Fantastic photography and one of the main historic monuments in Imphal

One of the tallest monuments in Imphal is none other SaheedMinar. It is situated in the premises of the BirTikendrajot Park. This minar was constructed in order to give honor to the Manipur Martyr’s who forfeited their valuable lives during the battles against British rule in 1891 at the time of the Anglo-Manipuri war. This historical monument situated in Imphal also plays significant role in attracting hoard of tourists from all over the world. Most of the visitors here do fantastic photography just standing in front of this tall minar and completes their photo-shoots with this minar in the background.
