Basically, Nagarhole National Park was established in 1955 and was declared as National Park in the year 1974. Since then, the park is getting high popularity and could be seen flocked with lots of tourists throughout the year. This park is considered to be the home of Asian Elephants mainly but other than these, there are also lots of other wildlife and birds species in this national park. Besides wildlife, one really enjoys his presence here in the lap of lush green vegetation and serene environment. Chirping of birds found to be very melodious in the calm and tranquil atmosphere of this national park.
