The word Lal means red and the word Bagh means garden. The initial work of the garden was started by the then ruler of Mysore, Haider Ali and was completely finished by Tipu Sultan, his son. The most famous thing this garden is the glass house where flower show is showcases every year. The biggest topical plants’ collection of India is found here and thus largely attracts tourists. An aquarium is present here which is typically favored by children. A lake is present as well giving the whole area a picturesque effect. Visiting this place gives you a wonderful aura about Bangalore.
