Kadri Hill Park is a wonderful animal reserve located at about four kilometres to the east of Hampankatta i.e. the mangalore city centre. It is not only the largest but also the most beautiful and highest garden in mangalore. It is meant mainly for the kids. There are several entertainment facilities for the children like the toy train. A number of reptiles and rare birds are maintained in this place. Other famous animals spotted here are the sambar deer, jackals, crocodiles and monkeys.
