Golden Jubilee Museum, Lakshadweep - Wonderful display of vast collection of rare artifacts

Golden Jubilee Museum is located at Agatti Island of Lakshadweep and is the only one museum in the whole Agattiisland. This museum is popular for displaying huge collection of ancient jars, wooden chests, gold coins and also enthralling display of busts of Lord Buddha of period between 9^th and 12^th century. Basically, this museum is two-storied and the ground floor is used for display of Lord Buddha’s busts. Artifacts available at the museum show you detailed information about the era even before the Islam’s arrival. Tourists can visit the museum between 10AM to 5PM.
