Chota Imamabara is also one of the main attractions in Lucknow and in this monument, one can witness the tombs of two personalities – Md. Ali Shah and of his mother. Md. Ali Shah was the founder of this attractive edifice and he made the total use of Saracenic style of architecture. This historical monument was built in the era between1837-42 and comprises of lots of minarets and domes which really offers a scenic view. The top minaret of this small monument is made up of gold and the Quran’s ayats are mentioned on the walls of Imamabara.
