It is one of the most famous shrines in Kasauli which is located at the top of the Graner Hill. It is a cave temple and is dedicated to an ardent devotee of Lord Shiva, Baba Balaknath. It is believed that if the couples having no child pray at this temple, they are soon blessed with a child and hence a number of people come to pray at the shrine throughout the year. Another captivating structure nearby the temple is the Shah Talai which is accessible through a ropeway.
