Takhat Sagar Lake, Jodhpur, Rajasthan - Fabulous Lake

This awesome lake is located close to the Takhat sagar Hills and is just only 10 kms away from the Jodhpur city. There is a temple of Siddhnath Shiv which is really magnificent and gorgeous. The splendid temple is great place of worship where numerous devotees come in this temple to bow their heads. The lake got its name after the name of ruler of Jodhpur, Maharaja Takhat Singh. He ruled the Jodhpur in 19^th century. It is not at all wrong to say that Takhat Sagar Lake is a part of Kailana Lake, another fabulous lake of Jodhpur.
