Pandupol is a religious place in the town which is associated with the Pandavas who said to be spent some time here during their exile. It is believed that while crossing from here, the Pandavas saw two hills joining together, so Bheem broken up this obstruction with his mace. As a result, an opening opened in the rock and took the shape of a water stream. Later on this spot was haunted by Lord Hanuman Temple which was founded by Saint Nirbhaya Dassji Maharaj. The most striking feature about the temple is that the deity of Hanuman here is placed in a reclining position instead of a standing posture. A number of devotees visit this place especially during the festivals of Hanuman Jayanti and Ramnavami.
