Padilgguthappa Temple, Coorg, Karnataka - Religious belief and architectural grandeur
PadiIgguthappa Temple is one of the most alluring tourist places in Kakkabe district of Coorg. The entire look of the temple resembles the temples of Kerala. Located in the Igguthappadevarabetta, Kakkabe, the temple is mainly dedicated to Lord Subramanya or also known as Lord Iguthappa. Puthari festival, the main harvest festival of Coorg, is celebrated annually either in the month of November or December, with great enthusiasm and fervor in this temple.
