Pronounced as MARC, it is a great place for the visitors to enjoy the diverse marine life and various research activities associated with it. Established in 1989, this aquarium is the largest of all the aquariums in the county. It is equipped with sea water circulation system and advanced filtration unit including 24 marine tanks and 8 fresh water tanks. The main motto behind the establishment of the centre is to display the marine biodiversity of the region and to tell the people about the researches and values of the marine life. It is indeed a wonderful place for the kids to offer the useful information regarding the marine culture.
